Sample information for AMR analysis.

For files;

fg_metadata.csv - metadata for samples, including; sample ID, host animal species name, host animal common name, source tissue,  veterinary diagnosis of animal and urinary tract infection diagnosis.

fg_genotype.csv - genotype information for samples, including; sample id, host animal common name, gene name, gene identifier, gene family, gene type, and antibiotic to which it confers resistance.

fg_phenotype - phenotype information for samples, describing what antibiotic a sample is resistant to. Phenotype labels are Sensitive, Resistance, WT, or Non-WT.
