Replication package for the article "Trust but Verify: AI Code Reviews Given Specific Agent-Written Requirements Reported Defects They Had Missed" by Andrew Stellman (submitted to IEEE Software, 2026). It holds every review, score, prompt and transcript behind the article's two comparisons, the OpenAI reviewer replication, the cross-lab rescoring and the author's checks, along with the Quality Playbook runs that found the defects, the evidence for each defect, and the scripts that recompute the article's figures. README.md maps each claim in the article to the files that support it, and WITHHELD.md lists what the package leaves out and every change made to an included file. Access to the files is restricted while disclosure processes for findings described in the reviews are completed; access is available on request.
