CarbonDebt analysis-ready input database for soil-carbon-aware robust network design of agricultural-residue bioenergy across the Brazilian Legal Amazon
收藏资源简介:
Analysis-ready input database supporting the CarbonDebt study “Soil-carbon-aware robust network design for agricultural-residue bioenergy across the Brazilian Legal Amazon”. This deposit contains the frozen analytical inputs used in the study, including the detailed Mato Grosso source universe, the regional Tier 1 crop-specific source universe, point-level soil and climate inputs, crop-calendar registries, model constants, candidate-hub registries, petroleum/diesel demand inputs, and audited source-to-hub and hub-to-demand network matrices. The detailed Mato Grosso branch contains 3,045 temporally eligible second-crop maize residue source nodes and 20 candidate hubs. The regional Tier 1 branch contains 23,970 crop-specific source nodes representing soybean straw, second-crop maize stover, and sugarcane straw, together with 60 regional candidate hubs. Large tables are distributed as UTF-8 CSV files compressed with gzip. Metadata include a file manifest, data dictionary, external-source registry, package inventory, checksums, and machine-readable Frictionless Data metadata. This record intentionally contains analysis-ready input data only. Study outputs—including RothC soil-carbon-debt results, carbon-payback results, climate-balance outputs, MILP solutions, selected-hub outputs, sensitivity analyses, figures, manuscript files, and analysis scripts—are not included in this version. Raw third-party national datasets are not redistributed. Instead, the deposit provides the analysis-ready point extracts, harmonized analytical inputs, and frozen network matrices actually used in the study, together with documentation of the authoritative external sources, versions, provenance, and applicable reuse conditions.
