本数据集面向齿轮钢热处理过程中碳浓度、组织性能等特征进行研究。基于温度-扩散-相变-应力耦合理论和不同尺度模拟方法建立多场多尺度模型,集成至热处理有限元软件COSMAP中,定量计算齿轮钢渗碳过程中碳浓度分布、组织演变、残余应力和变形量分布。其中,温度场、浓度场、应力场等通过宏观尺度的有限元方法进行计算;铁碳相分数、硬度和其他力学性能通过介观尺度唯象动力学和实验回归方程来求得。
This dataset focuses on characteristics including carbon concentration, microstructure and properties during the heat treatment process of gear steel. Based on the temperature-diffusion-phase transformation-stress coupling theory and multi-scale simulation methods, a multi-field and multi-scale model is established and integrated into the heat treatment finite element software COSMAP, which quantitatively calculates the carbon concentration distribution, microstructure evolution, residual stress and deformation distribution during the carburization process of gear steel. Specifically, the temperature field, concentration field, stress field and other fields are calculated via the macroscopic-scale finite element method; the iron-carbon phase fraction, hardness and other mechanical properties are derived through mesoscopic-scale phenomenological kinetics and experimental regression equations.
