ComDraft: teaching materials for Communication and Document Drafting Skills (EC1103)

ComDraft is a complete teaching package for a three-credit undergraduate course in business communication and document drafting, taught face to face at Vinh Long University of Technology Education 🇻🇳 It holds five lecture decks covering the nature of communication, professional communication skills, communication in specific settings, business negotiation, and the drafting of administrative and commercial documents; three computer-lab workbooks that take students from document formality through administrative documents to a full commercial document set; a bank of two hundred multiple-choice questions in lecturer and student editions, graded across three cognitive levels and supplied both as Word documents and as structured data; eight short videos for chapter revision and lab walkthroughs; and eight diagrams drawn from code, including a labelled map of the nine formality components required by Decree 30/2020/ND-CP 🇻🇳 on clerical work. Every slide carries a speaker-note script for use in Presenter View, and a single business case runs through the negotiation role-play, the document chain and both lab assignments, so students follow one continuous professional workflow rather than disconnected exercises. All generators are included, so the package can be rebuilt from source after any edit.
