Synthetic errors in chemical synthesis of oligonucleotide

Synthetic errors derived from chemically synthesized oligonucleotide is a critical factor that limits the length and cost of synthesized genes and genomes. To improve the quality of synthesized oligonucleotide, the quantification of synthetic errors is important. Here, we evaluated the synthetic errors in various synthetic conditions by using next-generation sequencing.
