Temperature acts as an abiotic master factor controlling the physiological and behavioral parameters of fish. Thermal changes affect the behavioral patterns and physiological functions of fish and produce a cascade of responses. However, the information of the responses of Triplophysa bleekeri to temperature reduction is still unknown. In this study, we designed four temperature groups of T. bleekeri, and measured differences in RNA transcription of the liver, gut, spleen, and trunk kidney between these two groups based on RNA sequencing.
