Physical and Ecological Forcings Drive the Particle Dynamics and Enhanced Carbon Export Efficiency in the Tropical Marginal Sea

uvp_data.csv contains UVP5 data collected in South China Sea, which is averaged over 10 m depth intervals during four cruises : KK1904 (summer), KK2001 (spring), KK2205-1 (autumn), and KK2205-2 (winter), spanning 67 stations and 240 casts. poc_flux.nc contains monthly climatological estimates of POC export flux at the base of the euphotic zone (mg C m-2 d-1), predicted using UVP data combined with a machine learning model and a regionally optimized size-based model. The spatial resolution is 0.083°.
