Heat Treatment Simulation: Case Hardening Sintered Gear

This dataset supplements the publication “Numerical Simulation of Residual Stresses in Case-Hardened High-Strength Sintered Gears.” It includes the complete finite element simulation model, detailed material data, model parameters, and selected representative simulation results. The dataset is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and further research on the modeling of residual stresses in sintered gear components subjected to case hardening.
