Automatic detection of potato plots to retrieve just the vegetation data of multispectral images

These are two scripts in *.m format implemented in the MATLAB programming language. These scripts are based in detection objects using as inputs images with aim to detect potato plots, label them, and retrieve the information of pixels of each potato plot. These scripts were developed as tools for estimating the Late Blight infection in potato crops using vegetation indices computed of multispectral images acquired from UAVs.
