The folder includes all script necessary to reproduce the figures in the associated publication. All or selected figures are created by the file create_figures.py. Simulation data are stored i the sub-folder data/. The sub-folder meanfield/ includes the files creating data for the analytical predictions. Before they can be executed please follow the installation instructions in meanfield/README.txt.
