The main objective of this study is to answer whether the stability of mammalian complex I is regulated by its flavin cofactor. For this purpose, diphenyleneiodonium (DPI) was used as inhibitor of N-module, to evaluate stability in in CI Overall design: Expression profiling by high-throughput sequencing, to reveal the effect of DPI treatment at 24 and 72.
