Gene expression profile at single cell level of Medicago truncatula roots in response to rhizobia infection

The nuclei of Medicago truncatula root seedlings exposed to rhizobia were isolated at single-cell resolution with single-nuclei RNA-seq applying 10x Genomics technology. Overall design: The nuclei of the 6 days-old roots of Medicago truncatula seedlings inoculated for 48h with water (mock) or Ensifer meliloti were isolated for sNucRNA-seq libraries construction. The pre-processing and processing of the datasets were performed with Cell Ranger and Seurat.
