Significant increase in blocking titer between pre- and post-challenge sera samples against different P particle (* P<0.05, ** P<0.01, Wilcoxon test). # No significant difference among blocking titers of post-challenge sera against different P particle (χ2 = 3.5, P = 0.478, Kruskal-Wallis test); no significant difference between blocking titers of post-challenge sera compared to homologous 03Y02C2 (P>0.05, Mann-Whitney test with Bonferroni adjustment). ^ A blocking titer fold increase of ≥4 between pre- and post-challenge sera samples were observed in all 5 pair against these five NoV strain.
