CDR3 Loop and Epitope Mutations on RBD Structures

Antibody_Analysis (.ipynb):A Python notebook for antibody analysis, including evaluation of antibody-antigen interactions, epitope mutation, and CDR loop conformations etc. epitope_with_mutations_rbd (.zip):A ZIP archive containing ChimeraX session files (.cxs) for visualizing antibody epitopes and their mutations. For each antibody, the corresponding session file displays two RBD surface representations: Left structure: Epitope residues are highlighted in blue. Right structure: Epitope mutations are highlighted in red. CDR3_with_Anchors_RBD (.zip):A ZIP archive containing ChimeraX session files (.cxs) for visualizing CDR3 loops in complex with the RBD surface representation. In each session file: The CDR3 loop is shown in pink. The FR3 and FR4 anchor residues are colored blue for IgGs and brown for Nbs.
