NA, PA, and HA Sequences of Influenza A Virus from Shanghai, 2019–2024

This dataset comprises the NA, PA, and HA gene sequences of Influenza A viruses from adult patients hospitalized in Shanghai, China, during 2019–2024. All sequences were generated via Sanger sequencing and processed using established bioinformatics pipelines. The data support studies on viral evolution, mutation analysis, antiviral resistance, and epidemiology. These sequences correspond to the patients and samples reported in the article “Genomic and Clinical Analysis of Influenza A Viruses in Shanghai, 2019–2024 Reveal the Limited Clinical Impact of Antiviral Resistance-Associated Mutations.”
