Microcensus Ad-Hoc-Module "Work organisation and working time arrangements" 2019 (SUF edition)

Full edition for scientific use. In addition to the core variables of the Microcensus Labour Force Survey (LFS), the LFS also has so-called ad-hoc-modules (AHM) that can vary from year to year. The EU-LFS ad-hoc-module 2019 on ‘Work organisation and working time arrangements’ is divided into three submodules: flexibility of working times, methods at work, place of work. All employed persons aged 15 and over from the initial survey of the microcensus were interviewed. The questions of the ad-hoc-module were asked following the questions of the basic programme. The dataset also includes all questions of the main survey of the Microcensus 2019.

面向科研用途的完整版数据集。除包含微观普查劳动力调查（Microcensus Labour Force Survey, LFS）的核心变量外，该调查还设有每年可能发生变动的临时模块（ad-hoc-modules, AHM）。2019年欧盟劳动力调查临时模块以“工作组织与工时安排”为主题，分为三个子模块：工作时间灵活性、工作方法、工作地点。本次调查的受访对象为微观普查初始样本中15周岁及以上的全部就业人员。临时模块的问卷问题紧随基础方案的问卷问题展开询问。本数据集同时涵盖2019年微观普查主体调查的全部问卷内容。
