Female mice (either Ai80F;Oxt-Flp or Oxt-Cre with Cre-dependent ChR2 virus injection) were implanted with silicon probes from either Cambridge Neurotechnology or Neuronexus. Mice were recorded during pup retrieval trials, free social interaction, and social preference tests.
