The research was about behavioural characterization of a gene model, followed by <i>in vivo</i> dendritic spine plasticity during development and after the exposure of stress / learning. E/I input were also measured in <i>vivo</i>, with IHC characterization of inhibitory excitation. Lastly, environmental enrichment / chemogenetic intervention were applied to <i>t</i>he gene knockout model and analyzed their effect in behaviour / dendritic spine plasticity.
