Jurkat cell lines with cell surface expression of full-length of human VISTA,human VISTA lacking the extracellular domain,human VISTA lacking the cytoplasmic domain and empty vector were constructed and stimulated with phytohaemagglutinin (PHA) and phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate(PMA). Total RNA was extracted and analyzed by RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) to revealed the molecular mechanisms of VISTA in T cell activation.
