Previous bulk-RNA sequencing suggested changes in gene expression of BHLKO lungs versus AlbCRE lungs. Here we carried out scRNAseq on lungs collected from BHLKO (3M) and ALbCre (control) (3M) in order to identify gene expression changes at a cell specific level. 3 whole lungs from BHLKO and 3 whole lungs from AlbCRE mice were taken at ZT4 and dissociated into single cell suspension.
