To evaluate the role of enhanced lysosomes in qNSCs, lysosomal function was inhibited with BafA, a specific inhibitor of the vacuolar-type H(+)-ATPase (V-ATPase). Gene expression in BafA-treated (BafA) and non-treated (control) qNSCs was analyzed at 4 and 24 hours after changing medium from 2 samples per condition.
