Standard and maximum metabolic rate and aerobic scope datasets for Atlantic salmon juveniles.
In raw data files ("xxx_bgCorrected_alldata_xx"), oxygen saturations (O2.correct) are shown in mg O2/L after correcting for background respiration.
The analysed datasets ("Analysed_xxx_data.txt"), contain values for each fish, combined with information of fixed and random effects for the models. These are the files for statistical analysis.
