Gene expression profiles of brain injury at single cell level from aged mice treated with or without microglial replacement

We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analysis the gene expression profile of myeloid cells of brain injury influenced by microglial replacement in aged mice. Overall design: Neural cells and myeloid cells from perihematomal brain tissues of aged intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) mice treated with or without microglial replacement were analyzed by scRNA-seq.
