Dataset: Multi-Year Precipitation Memory of Groundwater Storage in Ethiopia (2003–2023)

This dataset accompanies the study "Multi-Year Precipitation Memory of Groundwater Storage in Ethiopia: Evidence from GRACE, Precipitation Indices, and Machine Learning Interpretability (2003–2023)." It contains GRACE-derived groundwater storage anomaly time series, six spatially and temporally resolved precipitation indices (P, MFI, PCI, RSI, RAI, CVR) computed from CHIRPS v2.0, zonal time series for four major hydrogeological zones (volcanic, basement, sedimentary, and unconsolidated), lag correlation results by aquifer type, and wavelet coherence band statistics.
