Daily records of near-miss accidents and workplace accidents in the Polish construction sector (2015–2024)

This dataset contains daily records of near-miss accidents (NM) and workplace accidents (A) registered in the Polish construction sector between January 2015 and December 2024. The data were collected from a single construction company operating in Poland and comprise 2,537 records in total, including 1,754 near-miss events and 783 workplace accidents. The dataset was used to investigate temporal dependencies between near-miss accidents and workplace accidents, applying time series analysis methods and visibility graph theory. A predictive model based on topological features of visibility graphs was developed to assess the risk of elevated accident occurrence. The dataset may be useful for researchers working on occupational safety, construction management, time series analysis, and complex network theory.
