Nanoplastic_soybean_phytotoxicity_48 hours

The data obtained in frame of research concerning the influence of nanoplastic particles (polystyrene) on soybean seeds and seedlings. The nanoplastic was applied at two concentrations - 10 and 100 mg/l, for 48 hours. The data include: germination rate growth (roots length) cytotoxicity: cell viability assessed by Evans Blue assay oxidative status: reduced and oxidized glutathione levels (GSH and GSSG) lipid peroxidation: TBARS levels
