Ammonia-oxidizing archaea (AOA) MAGs recovered from mangrove sediments

Large-scale metagenomic investigations of 123 samples collected along vertical profiles of 0-100 cm and 0-500 cm mangrove sediment cores were conducted in our previous studies. In this study, we further analyzed these datasets and recovered 30 AOA MAGs, which, to the best of our knowledge, represent the largest collection of AOA genomes obtained in mangrove sediments.
