Identification of N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modified RNAs regulated by IGF2BP2 in lung cancer

m6A is often installed by methyltransferases (writers), demethylases (erasers) and RNA reader proteins (readers). Insulin-like growth factor 2 binding protein 2 (IGF2BP2) is a specific m6A reader, which has been indicated to participate in lung cancer progression. To identify the m6A modification targets regulated by IGF2BP2 in lung cancer, the MeRIP-seq was performed. The sh-NC or sh-IGF2BP2-transfected A549 cells were implanted into the right flank of mice. The tumor tissues were collected for sequencing at 4 weeks.
