Data for: A staged whole-blood transcriptomic framework identifies and validates a compact myeloid-lymphoid activity score in systemic lupus erythematosus

<p>This repository contains the minimum sufficient dataset necessary to interpret, verify, and extend the research presented in our manuscript regarding the staged whole-blood transcriptomic framework and the compact myeloid-lymphoid activity score in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).</p><p><strong>Contents include:</strong></p><ul> <li>Processed cohort-level expression matrices from public GEO datasets.</li> <li>Sample annotation tables and cohort manifests.</li> <li>BloodGen3 aggregate-level score and z-score matrices.</li> <li>Final definitions and alignment information for the pre6-any and pre6-balanced panels.</li> <li>De-identified local PBMC validation data (qPCR, flow cytometry, and correlation matrices). Raw participant-level clinical data that cannot be fully anonymized are excluded to protect patient privacy.</li> <li>Source data underlying Figures 2-4 and Supplementary Figure S1.</li></ul>
