This file contains genome-wide association summary statistics derived from genomic structural equation modelling of six brain age gap (BAG) phenotypes in individuals of primarily European ancestry. Summary statistics for the six BAGs were obtained from Leonardsen et al. (2023), Wen et al. (2024), Tian et al. (2023), Smith et al. (2020), Kaufmann et al. (2019), Jawinski et al. (2025), and Baltramonaityte et al. (present study). A single latent factor representing the shared genetic signal across these six BAG measures was modelled, and the summary statistics provided here correspond to SNP associations with this latent BAG factor.
