To explore effect of DYRK1A silencing on H3K4me3 and H3K27ac modification of primary cultured cardiomyocytes isolated from 1-day-old SD rats Neonatal cardiomyocytes in primary culture were transfected with siRNA against DYRK1A (si-DYRK1A) or scramble siRNA (si-NC) and cultured for 48 h to prepare sample, and ChIP assay was performed with anti-H3K27ac or anti-H3K4me3 antibody. The purified DNA fragments were subjected to ChIP-sequencing.
