Using Object-Based Image Analysis to Detect Laughing Gull Nests - Project Data

This dataset collection is a repository of data used to complete the study "Using Object-Based Image Analysis to Detect Laughing Gull Nests". It includes two sets of imagery data, a Digital Elevation Model (DEM) layer derived from a LiDAR point cloud, a shapefile containing a Land Cover layer, an eCognition ruleset, and two shapefiles with manually digitized nest locations. This data can be used in the software eCogition to extract laughing gull nests as part of a semi-automated workflow. Instructions can be found in the included Word file.
