资源简介:
In January 2008, Public Works and Government services Canada (PWGSC) commissioned Ekos Research Associates to conduct a survey of Canadians whose sole residential telephone service is provided by cell phone rather than by the more traditional landline telephone. The survey had two overall objectives. The first objective was to characterize the demographic attributes of these cell-phone-only households relative to characteristics of Canadian households more generally, and to measure the responses of these cell-phone-only respondents to a number of attitudinal questions. A second objective of the survey takes advantage of the fact that the Web 2.0 questions used here were a subset of those used in two larger surveys conducted by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) in the Fall of 2007. One of these AAFC surveys was conducted through the traditional landline telephone and the other survey was conducted over the Internet with Canadian residents recruited during visits to Government of Canada Websites.
