Microbiome associated with non-celiac gluten sensitivity and irritable bowel syndrome

The research focuses on studying small intestinal, large intestinal and stool microbiome in patients with non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS) and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). The data provided is bacterial 16S rRNA sequencing raw data. NCGS and IBS have overlapping symptoms and NCGS lack serological as well as genetic markers for its diagnosis. Here we compare the microbiome of NCGS and IBS as well as we look into microbial signatures associated with the disorder.
