Cycas panzhihuaensis, as a national first-class protected plant, has long been threatened by high temperature and drought combined stress. Photosynthesis is a key target of high temperature and drought combined stress, but the repair mechanism after injury is not clear. In this study, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, chloroplast ultrastructure and transcriptome sequencing techniques were used to systematically analyze the photosynthetic damage of Cycas panzhihuaensis under high temperature and drought combined stress and the repair mechanism of photosynthetic system after rehydration.
