资源简介:
This repository contains the raw data of the experiments related to the paper entitled: "Quantitative assessment of porin-mediated solute transport in biomimetic membranes". The content entails data that is not included in the main manuscript or in the supplementary data.  Short description of the paper: The paper investigates substrate transport through bacterial porins reconstituted in synthetic polymersomes. Transport was monitored in real time by encapsulating Gaussia luciferase, which reports on coelenterazine (CLZ) translocation across the membrane. The dataset enables quantitative analysis of porin-mediated permeability and transport kinetics. Three porins were compared: the wild-type OmpF, the variant OmpF∆ of larger pore size, and PhoE. Measurements include transport rates for CLZ as well as the two derivatives CLZ-I and CLZ-n with higher molecular mass and hydrophobicity, allowing insights into substrate selectivity. About the dataset: The dataset contains the raw data of the four polymersomes configurations PolGLControl, PolGLOmpF, PolLOmpF∆, and PolGLPhoE used in the experiments of the paper: Polymersome analysis: DLS measurements Zeta View: Report Mass transport Luminescence assay data Calibration data Researchers are welcome to reanalyze or model the translocation kinetics using their own approaches.  Further References: This work was supported by DFG Project 290825040,  and the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMBF) – founding number 6KIS1987.
