对精装修住宅业主满意度进行分析是优化装修工程行业企业管理服务的重要环节,有助于企业发现自身在工程管理中的不足之处,从而制定相应的改进措施。帮助装修工程行业企业面向业主,提高装修工程项目的综合品质,维护与业主的良好关系,提升企业形象,提高品牌价值与综合竞争力。1、数据采集于本企业在宿迁地区精装修住宅业主问卷,经过清洗、脱敏,去除异常值、空值、错误值后进行分析。 2、精装修住宅业主满意度主要包括设计风格、装修质量、智慧家居、维修响应、建材品牌、空间规划、节能环保七个因子,由业主根据自身感受以1-5分进行打分。 用AHP层次分析法计算权重,设计风格,装修质量,智慧家具,维修响应,建材品牌,空间规划,节能环保总共7项对应的权重值分别是:16.370%,14.416%,12.462%,14.720%,12.723%,15.849%,13.461% 满意度得分(小数点后取2位)=16.370%*设计风格+14.416%*装修质量+12.462%*智慧家具+14.720%*维修响应+12.723%*建材品牌+15.849%*空间规划+13.461%*节能环保 行业内<3分为不满意,≥3分至<4分为一般,≥4分为满意

Analyzing owner satisfaction with highly-decorated residential properties is a critical step to optimize the management services of enterprises in the decoration engineering industry. It helps enterprises identify their shortcomings in project management, formulate targeted improvement measures, improve the comprehensive quality of renovation projects when serving owners, maintain good relationships with owners, enhance corporate image, and boost brand value and overall competitiveness. 1. Data was collected from questionnaires of owners of highly-decorated residential properties under our company in Suqian area. After data cleaning, desensitization, and removal of outliers, null values and erroneous values, the analysis was conducted. 2. The satisfaction of owners of highly-decorated residential properties mainly includes seven factors: design style, decoration quality, smart home facilities, maintenance response, building material brands, space planning, and energy conservation and environmental protection. Owners score each factor on a 1-5 scale based on their own experience. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to calculate the weights. The weight values of the seven factors including design style, decoration quality, smart home facilities, maintenance response, building material brands, space planning, and energy conservation and environmental protection are 16.370%, 14.416%, 12.462%, 14.720%, 12.723%, 15.849% and 13.461% respectively. The satisfaction score (rounded to two decimal places) is calculated as: 16.370% * Design Style + 14.416% * Decoration Quality + 12.462% * Smart Home Facilities + 14.720% * Maintenance Response + 12.723% * Building Material Brands + 15.849% * Space Planning + 13.461% * Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection. Within the industry, a score below 3 indicates dissatisfaction, a score of ≥3 and <4 indicates general satisfaction, and a score of ≥4 indicates satisfaction.
