Hyperspectral Biofilm Dataset for Opportunistic Pathogen Identification

The dataset comprises hyperspectral images of biofilm models created with various Gram-positive, Gram-negative bacteria, and microscopic fungi. Models range in complexity from mono-species cultures to randomly formed mixed biofilms, incorporating both ATCC strains and clinical isolates.
