REBALANCE Business Regulatory Positions Database

The REBALANCE Business Regulatory Positions Database compiles the positions of companies and business associations on two regulatory policy domains – the EU’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). The databases measures these positions in relation to proposed CBAM proposals and what became the CSDDD, during multiple rounds of public consultations/feedback opportunities taking place in 2020-2022. The accompanying documents are the respective codebooks for each of the databases.
