VPRS 5367 Court Book

This series provides a summary of cases for Motions or Orders heard by the Court. Details of plaintiffs and defendants and associated counsel are given, the number of the original action, with the dates of the hearing set down, when returnable, that of the result and of when the order was issued. The nature of the proceedings is given with most of these being to do with Orders to Review, Motions before the Court, Injunctions, Claims for Compensation and applications for leave to appeal to the Privy Council. The Remarks column may give the names of the sitting judge.
