De novo transcriptome data of Jatropha Curcas planted on topsoil and bouxite

The Jatropha curcas is famous as biofuel shrub species due to a high percentage of lipids that are found in the seeds. It also believed to give positive impact to the environment by improving soil condition, increase soil carbon storage, reduce soil erosion and increase agricultural productivity via its phytoremediation process.
