Processed expression matrices associated with "Combining transcriptomic resolutions and machine learning strategies uncovers new OXPHOS genes in Caenorhabditis elegans"

This dataset contains the processed gene-expression matrices used in the analyses associated with the preprint “Combining transcriptomic resolutions and machine learning strategies uncovers new OXPHOS genes in Caenorhabditis elegans” (DOI: 10.64898/2026.05.29.728242). The deposited files include: boeck.csv: processed time-resolved bulk RNA-sequencing expression matrix used for supervised machine-learning analyses, derived from Boeck et al. (2016). embryo_expression_time.csv: embryonic expression matrix used for coexpression-network analysis, derived from the single-cell data reported by Packer et al. (2019). Expression values were aggregated by cell type across the reported developmental time points. adult_expression_time_adjusted.csv: adult expression matrix used for coexpression-network analysis, derived from the single-cell data reported by Ghaddar et al. (2023). Expression values were aggregated across the adult cell types reported in the original study. These files are processed derivatives of publicly available datasets. The original source studies and datasets should be cited when these matrices are reused.
