Comparison of model outputs to calibration targets for: "Evaluating the effects of population mobility on transmission during the COVID-19 pandemic"

These files contain comparisons between epidemiological calibration targets and the model outputs from the renewal model implemented in the article "Evaluating the effects of population mobility on transmission during the COVID-19 pandemic". Due to file size constraints for the journal submission, these materials could not be included in the single supplementary file and are therefore provided here. The two files show the calibration results with and without waning immunity included, as indicated by the filenames.
