RNA-Seq of Srf knockout GL261 cells and the wildtype cells

To explore the impact of srf on the immune microenvironment, we constructed a Srf knockout cell line using GL261. RNA-seq revealed that, srf knockout also led to a downregulation of Olfml3 expression. GO, pathway enrichment and GSEA analyses also showed that the DEGs were significantly enriched in cytokine/chemokine activity, ECM, angiogenesis, etc.
