AE2504 Exometabolite Concentrations

This dataset includes seawater exometabolite concentrations sampled during cruise AE2504 on the R/V Atlantic Explorer in March of 2025. Concentrations are provided in picoMolar (pM). Seawater was sampled from various depths using a CTD carousel water sampling system. Metabolites were extracted from seawater using solid-phase-extraction and analyzed via mass spectrometry. Please review the AE2504 Cruise Report for more information about metabolite sampling. Detailed methods will be provided in the final record for this data.
