资源简介:

LANDUM (Land Use and Management model) is a GIS-based modelling framework developed by the Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission to estimate the “cover-management factor” (C-factor) used in the Revised Universal Soil Loss Equation (RUSLE) family of soil erosion models for Europe. The framework integrates multiple land-use and management datasets, including CORINE Land Cover, satellite-derived vegetation indicators, Eurostat agricultural statistics, and management information from the EU Farm Structure Surveys (2010, 2016, 2023). By combining data on crop distributions, tillage intensity, cover cropping, and residue management, LANDUM quantifies how land use and farming practices affect soil-erosion susceptibility. The model produces spatially explicit C-factor layers for both arable and non-arable land, supporting assessments of soil conservation trends and the effectiveness of measures under the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). Spatial scale: Arable land of the EU-27 Resolution: 100 m resolution Here we provide the LANDUM model outputs for four temporal scenarios, offering a consistent assessment of how land use and management practices have evolved over time: - 2023 = LANDUM-EU27_CFactor_Arable_Land_FSS2023.tif - 2016 = LANDUM-EU27_CFactor_Arable_Land_FSS2016.tif - 2010 = LANDUM-EU27_CFactor_Arable_Land_FSS2010.tif - 2000 = LANDUM-EU27_CFactor_Arable_Land_Pre-GAEC2000.tif
