Bacterial consortium associated to uni-cyanobacterial culture of Anabaena sp. (Raw sequence reads)

This dataset contains raw 16S amplicon sequencing reads obtained from the bacterial community associated with a diazotrophic Anabaena strain isolated from the San Diego de Alcala hot springs in the Chihuahuan Desert (Mexico) and maintained as a uni-cyanobacterial culture (UCC). The sequences were obtained using PacBio HiFi full-length 16S rRNA gene sequencing.
