Arabidopsis thaliana Raw sequence reads

Cell wall composition is altered during cold acclimation and deacclimation processes in plants. However, the mechanism of their regulation by changes in gene expression is not known. Therefore, we collected above- ground parts of non-acclimated, cold acclimated, and deacclimated Arabidopsis plants and performed transcriptome analysis using RNAseq to clarify how cell wall-related genes are altered.
