This study examined the efficacy of azacitidine treatment in the patient-derived xenograph (PDX) model generated by implantation of tumor samples isolated from Follicular helper T-cell lymphoma (TFHL) patients into immunodeficient mice. Data from the samples were generated on the Illumina NextSeq 500 platform. Control and azacitidine treatment groups of patient models were compared and differential gene expression was analyzed.
